We went here yesterday and it was great. The parking is so convenient and free. We didn’t have a lot of rain recently so the path towards Cornwall-on-Hudson was low at few places and we had to get out and walk. At the kayak launch we saw small crabs and large catfish. There were other smaller fish as well, if anyone is looking for a fishing spot. Overall, glad we were shown this place by family. We will definitely be going here again, preferably when the water rises a bit.

Pretty sweet little spot tucked away off 9W. Docked a star because there was a short section under the bridge where I had to get out and drag the kayak. Too shallow. Think I just got the timing wrong tide wise. Besides that, had a great paddle around down river. Saw quite a few Great Blue Herons. Quiet and peaceful. Already planning to return soon.
