Cornwall Justice Court

I called for assistance because I notice a citation on my NY state drivers abstract that wasn’t mine. I talked to a clerk named Dee and she help me resolve it with the DMV. Dee and the other clerks at the court house wonderful. Thanks for the help.

No justice for drivers in the two Cornwall's! For some inexplicable reason there are two police forces, and local drivers have to run the gauntlet to not end up in this place. The larger, and most profitable police department is the Town. Lots of revenue opportunity as soon as drives hit Rt. 9 and Rt. 32, It they make it through here, they have to drop down to 25mph (walking speed), and will still risk paying the piper. CoH cops are not very friendly (especially regarding teenagers) and driving through the Town and Village on the way to the Hudson River puts you in double jeopardy. Then you have to face the judge in this court. Not fun.
