I have spent the past week trying to get these people to return a call to get my fireplace remodeled. 5 calls, left 3 voice mails, 2 employees told me someone will call me back and nothing after 7 days. Looks like they’re making too much money to return a call. Good luck with that. I should have been done 4 days ago I guess. So much for customer service.
We needed annual maintenance on our Morso woodstove and a sweep of our chimney; we called Chimney Techniques based on recommendations from neighbors in our community. They were a pleasure to work with, left us with a spotlessly maintained stove and chimney, and even went out of their way to source a small, obscure part from the stove's manufacturer that needed replacement. We'll definitely be calling them every year!

I walked in and really didn't have a clue about size, style, model and by the time I left the gals had educated me on my pellet stove and what I needed to order, they were awesome.
Our fireplace insert is perfect for our room and they customized the back plate to fit our arched fireplace face. They went above and beyond to make it work. We love it!
