Worse court experience ever . They ignore you and never answer the phone. Been calling for a week now and nobody will get back to me . I even call at 8 am as soon as the courthouse opens and somehow they manage to ignore my calls from open to close . Trash racist town, trash judge, trash cops , they have no life they get no excitement so they camp at stop signs and make sure you stop for 3 Mississippi’s instead of finding missing kids or something more important. Ilion cops have made me come to the sad realization that our world just let’s any racist person and complete their certification and become a cop, which is very dangerous, that’s why we have violence now, corrupt cops with personal biases and no training. All the cops are unethical and sadly the judge is no better , he literally gets paid to ignore the people . Definitely a town of white supremacy and capitalism within criminal justice system . It’s sad . It’s all a big money scam , and still can’t even get a answer . What type of professional courthouse judge ignores people as if he is an hierarchy . I’m so upset and hope one day that real justice is served and a new judge with real wishes to help the people is taken into action . The herkimer judge is probably the best judge around the area and I’m not even from the area. Only been to court once but I enjoy watching other people’s to see how the judge thinks and sadly he was the only ethical one that wasn’t out for money only
