The bank is not concerned nor helpful in trying to recover 500.00 stolen from our account..The thieves obtained my pin# and banking info & withdrew the money..That was 8/23... I have spent hours on the phone and filed paperwork they can't seem to find..in the meantime I am sure they are using my 500.00 dollars..Let me tell you I need it more than they do...no big surprise, when I get my money back I will be changing banks
