I been here since last year it's been a great place to live and all the kids play and get along for most part.and Brenda been doing and excellent job it's getting better around here and people our starting to obey the rules for most part but you still have some behavior that happen against the rules I recommend cameras being put in to catch certain behavior but I really love how Brenda trying get this to be a safe family place as a community.and I love living here and hoping to stay for long time.the manager and maintenance our great people and take great care of the place.

I have been at this property for years and have always been taken care of and the staff has always been friendly, the person who walks around and cleans the apartments always makes Sure they are always presentable, the manager is very sweet and always helps you out with anything you need maintenance makes sure to keep up on repairs and anything needed. Very kid friendly, with play ground, Safe place to play. Pet friendly witch is always a plus. Overall a very good place to live.

Brenda's doing a great job,she is cleaning this place up,it's becoming peaceful here and quiet at night here.and Brenda is always helpful.my son loves it here and loves playing with the other kids,great community I been here about two years thank you.god bless.

Pet friendly, Disability friendly. Just moved here and the office staff has been extremely helpful with everything. Maintenance is friendly and quick to help with any small issues. So far we love this place lots of children that were very welcoming and nice to my kids too. Parks near by great resteraunts family oriented area.

I have lived here over a year and love the view. The property has needed someone to enforce rules for quite some time and Brenda is doing great with that. Would recommend renting here to my family and friends.
