Carlos and Judith were extremely helpful in helping me purchase my dream home in Providence, Utah. They were great at communicating with me and giving me updates. They gave me great referrals for lender, inspector and movers. Especially with COVID 19, they were helpful with closing in a reasonable time. I’m appreciative of their work and would highly recommended them!

In Response to Taylor: Hi Taylor, we are the contractor that was hired to complete the flooring on the apartments for Excel PM, which included your unit. We sincerely apologize for the many inconveniences that the flooring issues have caused you. Several miscommunications were made between us, and the installer who installed the flooring in your unit. This is no excuse for the inconveniences and problems that you have experienced. We can assure you that the quality of the flooring exceeds the quality of the installation. We wish we didn't have situations like this, but we aren't perfect. We apologize. Judith and her team have been great to work with.

I’ve known and consulted with Judith and Carlos for a few years. They have over 40 years of experience between the two in various aspects of real estate, rentals and financing. I can always count on their honesty, respect and follow-through. I’ve seen them interact with multiple renters. They are very familiar with the limits of rental agreements and keep their promises to rental owners and tenants. Of all the people who I know that work in real estate or rentals, this is where I would send someone if they needed help.

When we viewed our unit prior to leasing it, our unit was fully carpeted, with floorboards, and no flooring issues that were obviously present. After signing our lease, Excel PM decided that our unit needed new hardwood floorboards instead of carpet. When we moved in, our carpet was gone and replaced with hardwood, the floor trim was not finished anywhere in the building, and there was obvious molding everywhere throughout the kitchen area underneath the floor runners that made it obvious why the landlord decided to hastily redo the flooring. After 6 weeks in our apartment, there was absolutely NO attempt to fix the floor runners that were sitting in our garage, taking a parking space that we needed. Throughout the unit, I have personally fixed 3 doors that were broken and wouldnt close, because the landlord seems unable to respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. My roommate now has a cat that needs a home, and our landlord is refusing to allow us to bring a cat onto the premises, even though our next door neighbor obviously keeps a cat in their unit, citing the fact that we can't keep an animal on our new hardwood floors that we DID NOT ASK FOR, and also because of the fact that their head of maintenance (who has NEVER SET FOOT IN OUR UNIT despite 5+ maintenance requests) has a cat allergy. I've rented from several real estate agencies in the Logan area and none have shown an utter lack of interest or responsibility like my current landlords do. Unit is nice on the outside but every day I find more and more problems throughout my living space.
