Lance was amazing to work with. Not only does he have more knowledge about the local Cache Valley area than anyone else I talked with prior to buying my home, but was able to educate us on schools and neighbourhoods in our search but all local events and other things I never even considered. He also went beyond the call of duty through out the entire finding and purchasing process. My wife and I explained to Lance that we were looking for not only a starter home but an investment property and he found us a great little town house within our budget in a great area in Logan not too close but not to far from the university . I am thrilled with our new home and even more happy with the service that Lance provided. Whether you are selling or buying a home, investment property or whatever. You must give Lance a call.
