Eric and Karlie have been awesome to work with. They were able to help my wife and I sell two of our properties. Their knowledge and expertise about the whole real estate process is second to none. They were able to save one of our deals because they were able to direct the buyer to a different lender that was able to close the deal. One of our properties went under contract in a day because of Karlie's staging and showing of the property. I would definitely recommend working with Lion Rock Real Estate and would use them again in the future.

Karlie and Eric were the perfect fit for me. I was under a major time crunch to find and purchase a home, we met, discussed what I was looking for, and they went to work hard for my family. They made every showing and inspection over a 2 month period of offering on 3 different houses during the heat of Covid19. I never once felt pressured, in fact I felt like I had a couple friends helping me from day 1. They were both very quick to respond at all times of the day or night. Eric knows construction and I bought with total confidence thanks to his knowledge. Eric is still helping me find resources and contacts of contractors and people who can get what I need done. Karlie made every signing super easy and would text me reminders if there was a step I needed to complete. I basically bought my ideal house from my cell phone. They developed a relationship with my lender and I had total confidence things were being handled every step of the way. I would ABSOLUTELY use their expertise and service again!

Karlie and Eric were phenomenal. From the start they were responsive, professional, and understanding. With their real estate background and my desire to get into real estate investing they would tell me the pros and cons to every place we saw and never did I feel pressure to buy. We hit a bump in the road on my end and they helped me solve it so we could move forward with buying a home. I could not recommend these two enough! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Karlie helped us purchase our first home last year and she did an amazing job! We hit a few bumps in the road and she was fabulous to explain the process and help us make a decision. Excellent communication, very helpful, and definitely knows her stuff!

I cant say enough of how great they are!! You will not be disappointed at all with them! I looked at a ton of houses and they were extremely patient. They do things the right way!
