Absolute worst costumer service. Old, miserable ladies should be thankful they still have a job and show some respect to those you fund their paychecks.

It is the worst customer service, I have ever experienced. For workers of the city of Rochester they set a example for the rest of the town employees they are the face that greets the paying citizens. They should have respect that we are coming in to pay bills , car registration etc, which in turns gives them a pay check. These grumpy old ladies who clearly hate their job. I wish we could make payments online, so I would never have to look at their miserable face or feel there dark black souls killing my spirit. I said thank you multiple times and she never responded. My money had a fold in the top corner and she made comment about it was not easy to count if it isn't completely flat. When I got up to the counter she made a UGH noise like I was inconvenience to her. The town of Rochester employees at the clerks office in the water registration department should all get a class in customer service.
