My husband and I have been clients of United Insurance for a few years. We switched over to them upon a friends referral and couldn’t be happier that we did. United Insurance takes care of our personal and business insurance needs, as well as our employee benefits. They not only live up to their pledge of performance, they outperform each and every time. We have the good fortune of working with directly with Karen Brooks who handles our business policies as well as other policies. Karen is brilliant, experienced and so nice! I really have no words for you ladies. RUDE. I was happy but asked one thing to be done. Witch wasn't a big thing to ask. I get a higher rate what is that. If that's how you keep your customers. I don't know nothing any more.
