Joann's in Seabrook, NH is my all time favorite craft store. The prices are great, the quality of merchandize is great, the workers there are super nice and helpful! Its the best place to get craft supplies. I make jewelry, they have everything i need to complete my projects. I highly recommend them to everyone who loves crafting!

Horrendous customer service. I visited store to return a few items. Some of the items were from an online order and others were purchased in store. The cashier was extremely nice and returned the online order with no issues. However the in store items I had lost the receipt for. I asked the cashier to look up the items using my debit card as I was told it could be done. The cashier was not sure how to do it and asked for assistance from whom seemed like a manager. This manager was cold, rude and mad I was asking to look up a receipt, which they have the ability to do. She argued with me while she pulled up the receipt showing all the items purchased on it. As she walked away, she uttered under her breath how it is not possible and that they're not allowed to do it. Yet there it was up on the cashier's screen. I was so furious at the rudeness that I not only returned all items in this visit, I also returned the cricut maker I had purchased and bought it from another retailer (and at a much lower price too!). I will never return to this store.

This store is well stocked for its size, which is the only drawback. The main reason I come to this site first is that I appreciate the friendly staff. Today, so that i didn't have to wait in the fabric cutting queue, the manager cut my fabric. The clerk at the register tried three times until she succeeded in getting one of my purchases for half price.
