I have been with Dependable Pest Solutions for the past year and have been very happy with their service. They send a post card two to three weeks before my appointment as a reminder as well as calling to confirm the day before. The tech. will arrive within the scheduled half hour time slot to perform the service not like my previous company that scheduled their tech. to arrive within a four hour time slot.. The product Dependable Pest uses is better and their price is more reasonable than my previous company. Plus the tech. made helpful suggestions to limit rodent access into my home. A good reliable company to deal with.

I would highly recommend dependable pest solutions. They are very timely in responding and they take care of the issue the first time out in my experiences with them. This included the seasonal bees, and a case of ants. In any event, pests were terminated!

Wow—I could not be more impressed with the service I just received!! The service tech Vanessa arrived early and wearing a mask!! She was extremely friendly & professional!! I was blown away by her patience when answering all of my questions and how thorough she was in assessing my home & applying the treatment. She even wore the blue booties to cover her boots the entire time she was inside of my home!! Also impressed with the pricing for their semi-annual service plan, for as thorough as they are it’s a great value & a good deal!! Plus they offer a one time 10% military discount on the first service!! I hope to see Vanessa again in the Spring!! Thank you!!!

These folks have been incredibly helpful... I have two locations they’re taking care of and for me, some of it has been long distance. They show up on time, do their thing and that’s it. My mouse population has taken a big hit - yeah!, Living I the country has many benefits but hungry rodents aren’t among them. They take care of the house, garage, and the cars - a big problem. Recommend them highly.

Vanessa was super nice and very knowledgeable. Had a VA pest inspection by them very thorough and very reasonably priced. If I ever have pest issues they will be the first ones I call!
