They stand behind their work. They had installed carpeting for us about a year ago. The seams were separating and carpet unravelling. They sent an installer over 4 times to fix it and finally just replaced it all with no charge to us. The installer was very professional and the results are great!
We were supposed to have a fence installed by KB Kelley 3.5 weeks ago. They bailed 4 separate times and kept postponing with different excuses each time until finally the job itself was cancelled by them and we found a new company to work with. The second to last time that they postponed, they called 5 minutes before they were supposed to start installation after my husband had already taken the morning off from work to be there. I could never get a straight answer from them either whenever I asked why they kept postponing or what time they were going to arrive. Take your business elsewhere!!!!!
Called 3 times left 2 messages and talked to someone the 3rd time who took my name and number to give to the residential sales lady and never heard a word back.
While a local big box store seemed to be less than responsive, we decided to give KB Kelly's Flooring a call, and spoke with Tiffany. She was very helpful. My wife and I stopped by on a Wednesday around 4:45, picked out our carpet, and the installation was completed Friday morning. From start to finish it was less than 48 hours. From the start of our experience with Tiffany, to the installation crew, this was a great experience
