My daughter loved dance class here, they were very professional and the quality of instruction is unmatched in windham. They focused on keeping the classes fun while also teaching the fundamentals of dance like first position, second position etc (she was 4-5 years old when she was there).nnTheir recital was also really well run and watching the older kids preform was super entertaining! We’d still be here if my kids interest hadn’t shifted to try cheer instead.nnI also really like the management team and think they go above and beyond to give back to the town.
I cannot say enough about this dance studio. We were at a competitor for 2 yrs for my little girl when she was 2 yrs old 4. There was no structure and she was allowed to run around during class time. I didn't feel she was getting the quality of instruction that I was paying for. From the first class on at Nancy Chippendale's, her dance instructor Ellyssa was AMAZING!!!! She came out of that first class knowing what first position was. I had not seen that once in 2 yrs at the previous school. The second week, I saw second position. She participates in each class, sometimes with some encouragement but she has learned so much and the recitals are breathtaking! My little one can be challenging and they went above and beyond without being asked to create a chart and stickers for her to encourage her participation. They genuinely love their dancers, it shows in how they talk to them and how the dancers respond. When you watch the recital and you see the older dancers blow you away with their ability, choreography and determination, you can see through a window of what the future could hold for your own child. I wish we had moved over sooner to this studio. I could not be happier!
