Shopping for a gas log stove here. Many styles and options available at this location with knowledgeable and friendly staff to assist. Looking forward to working with them on installation.
Customer service is lacking!! I thought the selection would be better. A bit pricy
So far I am not happy with this company. I ordered a fireplace insert last fall and paid them 50% up front. They promised they would be able to install my fireplace insert after the Holidays. Right now we are passed the middle of February and I can't seem to get any answers as to why my fireplace isn't being installed. Disappointed.
Follow up service has been a big problem. We purchased two gas fireplaces after our first visit, but the store has been difficult to work with for routine maintenance requests. When finally scheduled, the service reps have lacked any knowledge of the stoves. We have one of two stoves that will barely ignite and they tell us this is normal; however, we bought two identical stoves that behave differently. I would not recommend buying from this store. They lack follow through.
At first I was upset that the job was late to start. Very late. But the guys work hard and do a fantastic job. Matty and his crew are installing my fireplace and the stone work as I write this. More to come....
