I contacted Banner Pest Control after noticing my yard having major activities, mounds of dirt, highway tunnel and holes. Rick stopped by to review my yard and sure enough I had not only chipmunks but also moles and voles. He was kind enough to start the work same day and made me feel right at ease. I appreciate his professionalism and care in this situation.
I highly recommend Rick, Banner Pest Control. I called and left a message regarding some mouse issues. Rick promptly returned my call and arrived as scheduled. He clearly explained the plan and has stuck to it. We are 3 weeks in and the issue is under control. It was important to me to use a local company and I am glad my research pointed me to Banner.

Found a yellow jacket nest in our basement. Was able to come out next day, were able to confirm that the nest was dead and remove it promptly. Very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend
