Run from doing business here. We were initially so impressed but it was a facade. Lost weeks on a home renovation to have to start over with someone else. Questionable business practices. Never return calls. always an excuse. Find another solution to avoid a nightmare.

I set a specific time for pickup of a few pieces of lumber that my daughter and I were going to use. The weather was horrible and I was late -- past their closing time.nThey saw me, opened the store, and worked with me to get the very best lumber pieces. Truly great service and they seemed to really enjoy helping me.nTough to find this kind of service anymore, especially on a snowy, sleeting day.
When the Averill House Vineyard crew needs historically correct wood it's the first game in town.
Great place! Always helpful! Love their selection and willingness to assist with special request! Great to see the showroom filling up with unique furniture pieces. And knowing that they are making the furniture has sold me! My next piece will more than likely be from Bingham!
