They claim not to have email so I can't email information to them, their fax machine never appears operable, and the only way to do visits during this pandemic is apparently in person. I originally scheduled an appointment and requested documentation to support a worker's compensation claim, which was very cut and dry; however, it has been exceedingly difficult.
