Food and drink are good, but it takes about half an hour waiting in line for it every time. They always mess up the orders. I've tried so many times at all different times of the day and it's always the longest drive through wait I've ever been through and half the time, they mess up my order.

Made my iced tea exactly as asked. doesn't happen often. Pleasant staff. Drive up only open in August 2020. Little bit of a wait, but not to bad

There are no friendly workers in this store, I ordered hot coffee latte, she gave me something green drink, and she called a policeman because of her mistakes, but he came and blew me latte coffee and left. Not good workers work here. I advise you not to ruin your day and not come to this store. Imagine on the first day of the new year here such an attitude from a cafe employee! It's terrible even to talk about it! I hope the bosses will take all of them away or they will be certified!

I think some of this Dunkin’ Members need to take a extra courses contacting with customers. In more migrants live America , much of them English is not perfect, need to understand them or cafeteria members must be courteous ..

The worst experience. Used this location while on family trip few times and each time had to wait for over 30 minutes to pick up my online order. Location only has a drive through and does not allow to pick up online ordered separately. You have to wait in the line with everyone else. Bagels were never toasted and cream cheese always lumped in the middle. I don’t think they know how to use a spreader or a toaster. You will be better off driving to the next town to use a local breakfast joint for better service and food.
