What a great spot to venture for a little walk with your dogs but please make sure to keep them leashed and pick up the poo...
I absolutely love that they turned this beautiful historical site into a dog park. This is a gorgeous place to bring your pets and take pictures. I love to come read my books here. Its a quiet, nature-esque get-away in the middle of the city. Its also a great place to go have a picnic; they have several picnic tables around the entire site and it is conveniently located right off of Main Street, where you can grab some food at Toni's or Dunkin Donuts on the way.
Checked out this Sweet lil spot in Downtown Berlin. A rly beautiful walking trail tht is on the pennisula of the Dead & Androscoggin River which was once home to an old paper mill.nThe ruins of the old International Paper mill are still visible along the riverbank from some of the overlooks along with old foundations near the trail.
