There is no option for purchasing an item here. I bought a washer and dryer from this company and have tried to get in touch with them and they are totally unresponsive. I chose to go there to make my purchase instead of the big box stores for better customer service but there is NO customer service from them at all. I have emailed and called and they have been unable to get in touch with them. When the washer and dryer was delivered they installed them for me but they didn't level them at the same height as each other. There was about 1.5 inches difference in height between them. When I questioned the man about it he said that he would level them so they would be the same height, and he did. I thought that was a basic thing. Anyway, save your money and shop for deals. It's not worth paying extra to go to this appliance store because the customer service is awful. I rarely leave reviews but I want to inform others so they don't make the same mistake as I did.

The worst customer services I've ever received. Ordered all new appliances which they said would be delivered in two weeks. Waited 3 months calling back every week they never had updates never even tried to find appliances of similar type to get sooner. Never called proactively to be sympathetic and give updates. Just disgusted you can run a business like that. Eventually canceled order and went elsewhere. Waste of time and energy just truly unbelievable.

I highly recommend the team at monadnock appliance. We have used them now on multiple occasions when one of our appliances needed fixing. *note, we bought our appliances elsewhere*nnFirst, they repaired our igniter on our LG Propane range and then today replaced our heating unit when our Samsung dryer was no longer heating up. In both instances the repairman was able to come to our home within days of our initial call and fix the issue immediately.nnIf you need appliances repaired, you will not be disappointed with the quality and service at Monadnock Appliance. They are our go-to repair service. Thank you all!!

Had them come out and look at my stove that was used make sure it was safe to use in my home with my kids it was told to me everything worked fine. This cost 90$. then a couple days later the stove caught fire. Called back to have them come back and fix it owner Called me at 830pm said he would talk to the tech who did my service and get back to me the next day..... 3 days later I went there and the woman told me all techs were on the road and I would receive a call later that day. It has now been 4 weeks and had to buy a stove I would not recommend this company to anyone else
