Extremely unresponsive to a newly made booking that had a 24 hour deadline for cancellation. They did not answer their pones, respond to phone messages marked as urgent, nor did they reply to any emails. They indicate a one business day turnaround time for response (which would invalidate, or make useless their 24 hour cancellation policy) , but it has been three business days since the initial reservation, over 17 different call attempts, and numerous email to address concerns of the initial booking. No contact from them, no ability to contact them. Strongly do not recommend.
Great deals on cruises. We've been using CruCon for YEARS, for 20 cruises so far and counting.
I asked for a refund on a cruise in October 2020. I still have not received the deposit refund I requested. I have emailed and never received a response. I called twice and only received a call back today and I missed the call. This is terrible customer service. Buyer Beware!!!
Booking cruises with this agency is one of the worst decisions I have made. I am an avid traveler and cruiser and have cruised for more years than I want to admit. If you don't mind leaving a message (I have been unable to call and get someone) and having them get back to you in ? to 5 days as stated by their recorded message great for you. As most travelers know prices are time sensitive, rooms are time sensitive, and answers to questions are time sensitive. By the time they get back to you in five days or ? your room will be gone and the likely hood of a price change for more will have occurred. Check out BBB.org for all the negative reviews there as well. I would never recommend this agency and the $50.00 onboard depending on price isn't worth the lack of service and help when you need it. Go elsewhere!
We have booked through CruCon several times and have always had excellent service. Always smooth dealings and if ever any questions or concerns, they are addressed quickly and efficiently. Customer service is excellent. As well, we appreciate that as a Loyalty customer, we can qualify for “extra” perks periodically. And that is very much appreciated!
