Will's Inn

I book this place back in August and when I arrive there instructions were to find the key at the door, I open the door, the room was a desater, Batlle of beer pizza boxes no ready, called the owner no answer them a lady show up and started to complaint to me about all the cleaning she has to do, later I was ask to leave the place! they took my money and never got an email or phone call.

We booked 2 nights with Will's Inn - when we arrived we quickly discovered this was not a place we could stay at. It was awful and we have stayed at plenty of places and are not picky. In fact I never write reviews, but this place was so bad, I have to warn others. The place reeked of smoke even though it said non smoking. We also had a dog we told management about, and our room said no pets. There were no sheets, pillows or towels. I didn't even want to put our things down because I was afraid of bed bugs or any other creatures that stayed there. It was completely unsanitary. The worst part was the AC wasn't working so we went to figure out why and the outlet was completely charred like there was an electrical fire where the AC was plugged in. So unsafe! We called management to try to get us a different room or refund us and they never returned our calls. Needless to stay - we had to find a different hotel to stay at. Would not recommend. Highly unsanitary, unsafe and hazardous. Wanted to also add - we filed a claim with our credit card and Will's Inn gave them an invoice as proof of our stay - the invoice number and reservation number completely changed as well as the room number they provided! This was all dated AFTER our stay! It was obvious they changed all the information to cover up what they gave us!!! AWFUL people!!!!!

Room was okay. Wish they stocked the bathroom with more towels instead of just 1 towel and 6 face cloths. Toilet bowl was gross I had to go out and buy toilet bowl cleaner. They need to do a better job with their beds and clean their sheets and linens more often. Certain things they def can upgrade on and do better at. On the bathroom. Wish they also provided little soaps in the bathroom. Def not worth the price I paid. Probably wouldn't come back here

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.nWhen we arrived there the place felt almost deserted, the office was completely closed. We came in early, and had called days ahead of time asking if it was okay that we would check in at a earlier time. The woman said it was fine if we did that.nWe arrived, and nothing. Tried to give a call, the lines were all disconnected. We managed to get a bit of help from a gentlemen in a car and was then told that the people weren't checked out again and was told to come back later. It was fine, we didn't care so we left and went on exploring. We got a text from one of the workers there claiming that the room was finally ready after two hours so we head back.nThe pictures of the rooms that we saw there weren't as advertised, the bathroom was completely filthy, mold on the curtains, and the toilet bowl didn't ever look as if it were clean. The sheets didn't look changed. They had stains and hair over it, we even found a couple of blood stains on the pillows and a bigger one on one of the covers. The TV didn't work at all, they claimed that we would receive WiFi but was never given the password for it. We've tried contacting management but the lines were dead. We called the website that we did for the booking, they've tried to reach out to them and nothing and told us that we couldn't leave the property without getting a hold of management but even to this day they still can't get into contact with them and they're refusing to refund the money. We didn't end up staying there because we refused to sleep in a room in such condition and instead went to another place. Just the other day they even had an audacity to take more money from our account, and no one is trying to help us get our money back. 400 dollars down the drain.nIf I were you, I'd be very careful and avoid this place. Just absolutely horrible.
