Nice to get away, but many things were broken in the unit, hot water went out. For a place the supposedly was closed for months, things should have been taken care of!
This is my timeshare that I've had for many years. The 3 units were relatively nice and clean. It would of been a 5 star rating but for 2 reasons. 1) the microwave was filthy. 2) the outlets in kitchen area didn't work. I went to the front desk and kindly told them the issues. I took pics and showed them also. One lady emailed our issues and said it would be addressed. Told them I was a reviewer was asked NOT to post anything on here and given a card with a guy named Frank to email. We went and didn't use the place for 2 days. Came back to nothing being solved. Outlets still out and microwave still nasty. My husband will be taking over when we check out later... And yes I am posting my review. Not listening to the 2 ladies who said not to write a review. They know who they are... Might start thinking of getting rid of these timeshares cause for the money that is paid its the little stuff like this they don't care about. All about the money.... Great, and we do me 'great', service in the hospitality house by Lucas and the 'Inspector', Brandon. Efficient, affable and truly, totally interested in the customer's satisfaction to the level of happiness.
Our room was in the second floor with a nice view of the mountain behind us, not Attitash. From the front we could see Attitash. The room itself was large. The spa tub was amazing. A little kitchenette was perfect for heating up leftovers. The balcony was very private. The bed was awesome. We enjoyed the fireplace too.
