If you are looking for a professional, quality watch restoration you won't find better than Denis Carignan. Denis is meticulous with the work he does and you will be blown away with the quality of his workmanship.nYou need to be patient, Denis has a backlog of work due to the reputation he has earned with the outstanding work he does, but the wait is certainly worth it.nHeidi will respond promptly and courteously with any questions you may have. Heidi will provide a cost estimate, accept your deposit, keep you informed of where you are in the queue, where to send your watch, send you the final invoice and she will return your watch. Heidi is like Denis, very professional and helpful.
I sent a watch case in for repair and some microwelding work. Dennis did a fantastic job. He is a craftsman in every sense of the word. I would trust him with any kind of watch for any kind of repair.

When I look for a business to give my patronage, I have extremely high expectations and require that the proprietor(s) be knowledgeable, passionate, trustworthy, and friendly. Dennis and Heidi possess these qualities in spades. The watch that I sent in was an ‘83 Seiko 7A28-703A quartz chronograph. There was corrosion inside the case and on multiple components and a ton of work was needed to restore the watch. Denis explained this over the phone and Heidi sent me pictures detailing the damage. Heidi communicated with me clearly and professionally throughout the process and did an excellent job polishing my watch band and case. After restoring the watch, Denis charged me a fair amount for his services, and we had a very pleasant conversation about the timepiece, vintage Toyota 4x4s, family and watch technology. If you’re looking for the real deal to service or repair a watch of any kind PLEASE do yourself a favor. Don’t screw around and contact Carignan Watch Company immediately for a free estimate. Great people, excellent customer service, and a highly skilled watchmaker. Cannot recommend highly enough.
They did a great & timely job replacing & cleaning my Ebel watch that my wife gave me 15 years ago, it looks brand new, it tells excellent time & I am wearing it again.
