Eli is fantastic - his knowledge about the appliances is spectacular and he is very friendly and helpful to work with. I went into Home Depot to look for an induction stovetop and they didn't even know what induction was! I went into Baron's and Eli knew the exact model number of what I was looking for - without using any references! Whew! I would suggest anyone who needs appliances to go there - the customer service is amazing and they are helpful and have great prices. Support local businesses!!!!! Thank you Eli for making the job of choosing appliances very easy- due to your vast knowledge :) !

We recently were in need of replacing our vacuum. As all things change relatively quickly we did not know a whole lot about the newer models and their features. Fortunately we were connected with Zach, a member of the sales team at Baron’s.nZach took the time to explain the many different models of Miele vacuums. He was very detailed and professional ensuring that we selected the best model for our use. Additionally he followed up promptly to make certain we were happy with the purchase.nThank you Zach for making our buying experience at Baron’s so positive. Matt greeted us promptly as we entered Baron's to shop for appliances for our newly home. We needed it all. He listened first then guided us through what we were sure was going to be an overwhelming experience. But, his knowledge of each brand coupled with his professionalism made for a rather enjoyable experience. We left with smiles. Five stars for Matt!

I used Baron's in August to make an emergency purchase of a dishwasher and get it installed before the house was used for a wedding. At Thanksgiving, the stove died and I need to get it replaced quickly. I started at a big box store on a Black Friday Sale and found a stove that I liked. However, the service was terrible and after two weeks of trying to get the stove delivered, I gave up and went back to Baron's. Jim at Baron's set me up with the same stove for a little more money but was able to schedule a quick delivery date to meet my schedule. The staff was pleasant, courteous, professional, and responsive. I highly recommend Baron's.
