Very rude on the phone, nice in person though. They’re also slow at processing your claims . I went for an appointment 2 months ago , perfect hearing and they have yet to send that to the VA so my claim can be completed. Don’t goo here!! Reschedule somewhere else . UPDATE : my name isn’t Jim its Keynold and also you the owner “DR” is the person i spoke to today at 2:51 pm . I already reported to the VA and you should be hearing from them soon . Thank you .

Dr. Laura does a great job. She cares and spends the time needed to get the hearing aid settings correct. Excellent service.
