I have been with Chris and American family insurance since I was 16 and I have always had a wonderful experience with him. He is always there to help with no hesitation and never makes you feel as though you are taking up his time. Chris has made my insurance experience for both my vehicles and mortgage easy going and stress free. I appreciate him!

Chris and his team are amazing and very fair. He helps me with both my person and business needs and makes sure that we are covered well at a fair price and when we have had to use the insurance they delivered!

When I purchased my home, I immediately started renovating the inside! When Chris drove by he reported to my mortgage company that the property was vacant - there were no cars (I was at work!) and that he looked through windows and it appeared no one was living there. I found this out through my mortgage company who sent me a letter informing me they were charging me for insurance through them since American Family was dropping me. Then it was extremely hard to get ahold of Chris to ask why he didn’t even reach out to me? I had my car insurance through him for a few years by that time. So after that incident I dropped them and switched to State Farm, who have been great!

A bit hard to sometimes talk to the person that you want because they're busy but they work great.
