This was my first visit to this facility. I was escorting my mother who was in a wheelchair which complicates the process slightly. The person screening at the door was very helpful yet careful to ask and get clear verbal answers to the screening questions. We felt safe and well cared for as we went to out appointment. I am grateful for the care and concern of all we met there.

I wish I could give a MILLION stars to ALL the professional staff at the Lied 5th floor. EVERY employee was polite, curtious, caring, and above all PROFESSIONAL!!! No matter their job they ALL went above the call of duty. A few employees I would like to recognize are in NO PARTICULAR ORDER; Kat, Kristine, Maggie, John P and all not mentioned. They ALL deserve kudosnIf you need to be in the hospital I STRONGLY recommend Nebraska Medicine. You will NOT find a staff more qualified or caring in the WORLD.nThey are and will always be my HERO'S that were there in my time of need!!!!nBlessings to you allnDan N.

Super friendly staff, even had a young lady who was busy stop what she was doing to help us find our way to the bariatric parking area, had to park there since the van I was in is over 9ft tall. Durham is the only medical place of many that I drive to that has parking for a 9 foot tall transport vehicle and I am very very appreciative of that fact. Lots of good folks here. A nice very friendly and helpful Starbucks coffee shop inside to boot. I do wish the valet would park the van though, it is hard controlling a wheelchair down the hill from the bariatric parking garage.

UNMC is a nice place.My experience is good. The staff is very co-operating, and everyone is perfect at their job.nDr. Amoura examined me and she is very nice at her job. She treated me very well. In future also I would like to visit her.
