They are to busy to come out and look at my hot tub he said. Guess there phone doesn't work to communicate they will not show up when they say

Price was great but service is a joke! The store is closed at random times with no notice even when the hours are clearly posted on the door and website. We ordered our hot tub on Saturday and were told we would receive a call that Monday to set up a delivery time, no one called. We had to call them several times to get the delivery date set up. Then, the day of delivery they called and said they forgot the cover! They did give us a loaner cover (that does not fit our hot tub). We were told that our cover would be there within 1 week. 2 weeks later we are still waiting. When we called to find out when our cover was coming they set up a date and time but guess what?! No one ever showed up with our cover and no one bothered to call to tell us what was going on. Now they say that the flooding has slowed them down but we are hours past when they were supposed to deliver and WE had to call THEM to find out there was another problem with delivery. Horrible service!!! I hate to see what is going to happen if anything ever breaks on the hot tub!

They gave me a great price on a hot tub. I had a jet that was broken when I called them they came out that day and fixed it immediately. Yesterdayh right before our tailgate party for the game today, a hose came loose and drained my hot tub. I didn't know what was going on. They came out and fixed it immediately so that we're ready to go tonight
