Holy cow, Mary and the rest of the team at Malibu Custom Framing are incredible!! This Christmas I wanted to gift my wife something a little different than years prior, and I had a box of old movie stubs concert tickets, plane tickets, etc that represented old memories. So I thought it'd be cool to put them in a frame around a photo and have it be a decorative wall piece as well as have extreme sentimental value. But I didn't know how to go about making this a reality. Mary was incredibly patient and kind with me as I probably word-vomited a rough idea of what I was looking for and she helped bring it to life from start to finish. My wife loves it!! It's beautifully crafted and Mary did a wonderful job showing great care for the pieces inside. Many thanks to everyone!!

Mary did a great job; fantastic expertise, completed the job on a timely basis, very reasonable prices, and the was service delivered with a sense of fun!nnMary even provided a paper template to help me hang an awkward piece (Wrigley Field Scoreboard Replica). Mary even offered to “lug” and load the piece into my car.nnBottom line, this was an excellent customer service experience from start to finish!

Personable and professional! I contacted Malibu Custom Framing Gallery after purchasing my first rolled canvas. Mary worked with me via email and in person to assist in the decision-making process . SHE IS SIMPLY AMAZING. Once my order was completed Mary, remembered me, my order, and the smallest details of conversations we had weeks prior. EXCELLENT customer service. Jessica completed my canvas stretching and I could not be more impressed. I'm already looking for the next addition to my collection. I know that will be a tough decision.
