I bought a dryer and fridge here things weren't right when I got them so went back. The gentleman in the office was very helpful and made it a right for me and delivered them and I'm very happy. I recommend if your looking for inexpensive appliances to go check it out
I love this place I dont think I could ever buy any appliance anywhere else. They are upfront about everything and make sure you get what you want at a price that is actually affordable, and if something breaks they can repair it but so far I've never had anything break. Excellent customer service also genuinely honest and definitely passionate at what they do.
The night before Thanksgiving my oven element went out. I went to every store in town with no luck. As a last resort I stopped at Guaranteed Appliance and he just so happened to have a brand new one...The guy saved my Thanksgiving!!!
Gentleman was very helpful. They only accept cash or check so they will hold what item/s you want for 24 hours so you can bring back cash. They will deliver and set up for $35 and take away your appliance. Overall I'm extremely happy!
The last 3 rentals I have been in buy their appliances from Guaranteed Appliance. The first house, the refrigerator purchased approximately 100 days prior had an issue with the Freon and stopped working just outside of their warranty window. The second house had the stove replaced with a 3 of the 4 burners working and only one wire rack inside not to mention how ugly the unit was. The 3rd house had the refrigerator replaced with a unit that is covered in hard water stains, scratches, smells like an ashtray AND the took the connector to the water line and did not reconnect the water and ice maker. This place is the absolute worst to get appliances from and the property management and landlords are terrible as well for working with this rip off of a company. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND.
