Maplewood Estates

I Live here and the office staff(Candiss) is AWESOME!!! Property management keeps the grounds clean and inviting. Clubhouse is beautiful...just wish the tenants were actually able to use it. Kinda a bummer when it was one of the reasons I moved here...otherwise No Complaints

Hasn't been the same in about ten years keeps switching owners the new owner is harassing my older family members who live there , Miss whoever owned it and kept it up so nice when my aunt's moved into there over 20 years ago , Whoever is running it now is inept rude to young and clearly had never ran a park before.... It has become dirty and unkempt the land is awful.....There are so many tenants that are having parties and playing loud music when I go to visit my ailing elderly aunts..... Numerous people have complained to I believe my aunt said her name was Candice and nothing seems to get done if anything they seem to try to drive the older residents out

Not a good place when you visit a relative or friend cause the magnament tow your car and you have to pay for it. It's a shame!!!!

This a clean mobile home park compared to another one in town. Looked like people that lived in this park took pride in their yards and homes. Good job to all that care about their living condition's
