Doug and his team have always taken great care of me. Sometimes insurance can be tricky especially when figuring out exactly what you need and don't need, but it was very easy with him. You can tell he truly cares and wants to provide great coverage and service. Although I have been very fortunate to not have to file a claim yet, we talked about how easy it would to be to get ahold of him or the company at any time I needed.
