3 stars is pushing it! Their communication is awful. I had to call every week for two months or more to find out where our tile was and when it would get installed and the gal would say “it says it will be here on Tuesday so we will call you in a few days”. Never got a call and 4 days later I’d call again and than the same thing over and over for 2 + months. Finally got my backsplash put up and it isn’t that great. Not to my standards and some sloppy corners and uneven cut tiles. Would not recommend them.

A phone call to Ziller Tile connected me with Vicki and at that moment I knew I had landed on an expert! Vicki's depth of knowledge about the different countertops was excellent and through a brief conversation I knew the route I wanted to take. Once I had picked out the granite for my kitchen and bath countertops, Vicki was able to pull from a vast variety of tile the perfect backsplash tile, grout, shower tile, etc. During the process, owner, Tom Ziller, was able to answer questions and determined the best layout from the granite for my countertops. Every person that I had the privilege to work with at Ziller's, including Ever, Alejandro, Jose, Luis, Abel, and Ben were fantastic at their skill. My job for them was very small, but they treated it like it was the Taj Mahal! I highly recommend Ziller Tile. Start with Vicki and you will be very pleased with the outcome.

While researching a total kitchen renovation I found soapstone for countertops. The more I learned about it I decided green soapstone would be perfect to go with hickory cabinets. We then had to find where to order it as soapstone is not used in our area. While at Ziller Tile looking for backsplash tile I mentioned soapstone. Vic Keiper knew exactly what I was talking about and had samples for my husband and me to look at. She contacted their supplier and got new samples and they had exactly what we wanted. The installers were readily available when the time came to come measure our cabinets. The fabrication process was done in the timeframe they promised and they came and installed. The workers were very professional and the countertop looks fantastic. If you need new countertop or tile I highly recommend talking to Vic at Ziller. They go above and beyond in finding what you are looking for!

I couldn't be happier with our experience at Ziller Tile. Vic helped me choose several tiles for backslash and gave samples to take home. She offered suggestions after listening to my preferences. The guys that came and did the work were polite and did a perfectly beautiful job!

Marie and I are pleased to report that every time we have worked with Ziller, we've had positive experiences from both a materials and customer service perspective. Vikie gave great advice regarding materials and was also our key contact for every aspect of the communication. Keith couldn't have been more accommodating or precise with material preparation and installation. We are so proud of our new and updated areas!
