Some of the employees are so rude. I had one lady the other day that was phenomenal, so helpful, so nice. Today I went in, completely snubbed, almost to the point where I didn't feel good enough to be in there so I left quickly. Must be nice to be so much better than everyone else ud83dude44 better dress up if you want them to think you are worthy.
Wow, talk about attention to customer service, a fun atmosphere, and unique products!!! We went to a wine tasting night and my boyfriend and I LOVED the assortment of wines, cheeses, meats and beers. Will definitely be back many times!
Love this gift shop and wine bar. Simply the best!
The owner was so rude to a 15 year old girl it broke my heart. The girl was sitting in a chair while waiting for her mom and the owner literally yelled at her to get out of the chair. It was a hair stylist chair, nothing that could break. The girl turned red and had tears and the owner showed no remorse. Shows bad character.
Rude and condescending to others. I expect more from a business owner.
