2/20/2021 Saturday Today our kitchen sink clogged up. We tried a few remedies ourselves (acid and a snake) but had no luck. I called these guys around 3:00pm or so. He took our address and said he'd be there around 6pm. Sure enough, he arrived at 6. He was courteous and efficient. Brandon and his partner wiped their feet before coming in and brought in their own clean towels, buckets and supplies. Once they got the problem fixed, they picked up after themselves and even offered to put all our stuff back under our sink. I am grateful to them for their punctuality, efficiency and a really fair price. Although they wouldn't have had to wear masks in our home, they did.
I highly recommend this business for your drain issues. They were very prompt and courteous and very reasonably priced! We called on a Friday @ 3:00 in the afternoon and they were here by 4:15 like they said. They did the job quick, and very professionally! It was a bad issue (tree roots) but they had it fixed within an hour! We are very pleased and will definitely call again if we ever have an issue.
Real above and beyond service and a very reasonable price. Wish I would have called sooner. The money I spent in chemicals and renting equipment to try and do it myself would have easily covered the expenses had I just called The Drain Cleaner first. Even went above and beyond and adjusted the hot water and made the water not clunk everytime it's turned on. Next time I'm just calling him first.
During this crazy cold freeze my kitchen sink drain pipes froze, clogged and the odor was repulsive. I started trying to get a plumber yesterday, but most were too busy or couldn't work on the pipes for a couple days. I woke this morning, grabbed my phone andnasked google to search for a plumber close to me. Thank goodness, the first company that came up was The Drain Cleaner. I called the number and Brandon answered, listened to the problems I was having. Brandon was polite and certain he could fix the problem. He arrived about an hour later with a young man, both very polite, and began working on the lines immediately. Brandon fixed the problem in less than an hour!! The best part: the PRICE! By far the most reasonable, fair price of other quotes near my town. I'll definitely use Brandon and The Drain Cleaner if I find myself in need of plumbing assistance.nThanks again, Brandon.n-Mary R.
We had our main sewer line back up late Monday evening. Tuesday morning I looked online and found The Drain Cleaner. After reading the excellent reviews, I contacted Brandon and prayed that they serviced my area (over 45 minutes from Grand Island)! Within 90 minutes of calling, Brandon was at my door. He quickly found the problem and was able to show me exactly what was causing the issue. Another 30 minutes and he was finished. The problem was resolved and the mess was cleaned up. I am beyond impressed with the service provided, the professionalism, and the affordability. I would definitely recommend his services and will contact him again for any future needs!
