Crystal was great to work with. My wife and I moved to Omaha for work and had no previous knowledge of the city. She was extremely thorough and showed us multiple houses until we found the right one. She was patient with us as we made the decision. She also was amazing about working with our schedule and our time table. She was great all around, and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

We have purchased two homes with Crystal and used her as our listing agent for the sale of our first home. She makes the home buying & selling processes as stress-free as they can be. When Crystal met with us to talk about what we wanted when looking for our second home, she gave us great feedback on realistic expectations for location, price range, etc. for the type of home we were looking for. When we were interested in looking at a listing, she worked quickly to schedule a showing that worked for our schedule regardless of the time of day or day of the week. In addition to the listings we sent her, she also worked to find homes that weren’t quite on the market yet so we could get our foot in the door early on those properties. Crystal is so much fun to work with—we’re going to miss our “tour dates” with her every week! Highly recommend working with her, even if you’re very early in your home buying or selling process.

I have recently bought and sold with Crystal...again. If being a return customer isn't enough of an endorsement, I will give you little further idea of what you get when you work with Crystal Santamaria. Responsiveness. With houses being sold before they hit the market, you cannot wait, or you will miss your dream home. Crystal makes you a top priority. I was able to see EVERY house I wanted to see and had heads up before some hit the market. Several houses we had the opportunity to be the first in. Professionalism. You need someone to represent you, find you the best deal, help you make the tough calls and be the utmost professional you can find. Crystal does this. Lastly, and likely most importantly, Crystal is aggressive. I shake my head when others speak of their realtor not responding. In 6 years of working with her, I have always had a response in minutes, if not seconds. If you want to make sure you get the house you want in a hot market, you need Crystal. Did I mention my house also sold in 8 hours? Crystal ensured we were priced right and aggressively marketed my home. Professional, aggressive, responsive.

Crystal was referred to us by a friend that was also very happy with the job she did for them in their search for a their dream home. Needless to say, Crystal lived up to her excellent reputation and then some! We were relocating from Oklahoma to Nebraska, and really needed a realtor that was knowledgeable, flexible and highly trustworthy as they would be our eyes and ears for the initial viewing of any home we were interested in. Crystal met all of these criteria and was an excellent advocate for us. Crystal is one of the most caring, responsive and professionals I’ve had the chance to work with in my almost 30 year career! Hands down a straight shooter and full of humor to boot. You can’t go wrong in soliciting her services and being lucky enough that she will work with you. A true pro!!
