Absolutely the worst place to go in Grand Island. Had to sit in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before even being called back. Left before even being seen because of time restrictions. Supposed to be prompt care but not very prompt at all. Watched only 2 people get seen in the 2 hours we waited. Staff is not friendly and the main dr just kept walking around as if she were bored. If I wanted that kind of service I'd have gone to the emergency room. At least there I expect to wait. Not much better but still... if I could give this review 0 stars best believe I would.

I will recommend this place a thousand times to anyone looking for a doctor. They go above and beyond to help their patients. Very kind and are competent in what they do.

Went there on the weekend, staff was helpful and professional, the Dr Lady was very kind, she took her time and explained everything to me. I had already been to another urgent care and the emergency room, I have asthma and I couldn't breath and no one would help me. I felt better even before I left there and I only felt better from there until it was completely resolved. And I don't have insurance and they printed off coupons for my medicines that saved me over $200 which more than paid for my visit....I got better care there than the other urgent cares and even the ER at less than 1/2 the price.....I will never go anywhere else!

Very fast service the front desk was very friendly as well. The Dr was really compassionate and thorough. 10/10 would recommend

Terrible worst place me and my kids have went. Never have I ever felt like my kids were Not welcomed ever let alone yelled at 3 times by the receptionist we walked out before even being seen.
