I have been having issues with my insurance company deciding to not cover several of my prescriptions at the start of the year. DSCM has been a huge help. I was assigned an advocate who helped me in navigating the swamp of dealing with insurance, doctors, and manufacturers. Ashley was amazing to work with. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and supportive even when I was stressing about everything. She offered advice and made lots of calls and I am sure had lots of conversations. I have dealt with diabetes, insurance, and med issues for decades and short of dealing with my doctor Ashley has been the best to work with. She was very understanding and willing to explain different options and hear me out. We have made a lot of progress and I attribute this a lot to Ashley’s dedication. We have not gotten everything done, but Ashley has been great to work with.nThanks Ashley!

We always have what we need and never have to worry about my daughter’s supplies! Caring for a child with Type 1 Diabetes is hard enough, I couldn’t imagine the stress of not having life saving supplies! I hear of horror stories and am grateful for this team of competent people!

Diabetes Supply of the Midlands has been a tremendous help to my son and us since he was diagnosed almost 18 years ago. I appreciate their support and help and advice over the years.
