The VP is great, as well as the people I worked with! However, I was granted FMLA for a life event I was going through and the manager(s) present told me I did not have it and the letter I received was incorrect. As I said I was going through a life event, and thinking I had no other option told them I could not come back the next day. Prime has an occurrence system they go by, and once you reach a certain amount, you point out and can no longer work there. I loved HR and everyone else, but would still be employed to this day if people could get their facts straight.

HR dept sucks and very unprofessional i worked a full week and was expecting my pay check to be in my account and wasnt i called numerous of times to get the run around for them to tell me they dropped the ball on their end with paperwork and ddnt show i worked the time frame i told them i did. I have to wait 5 more days for them to pay me my money i worked for, told me they cant push it through which i know is a lie as other employers i have worked for has done for me when the issue was on their end, bills dont stop because payroll messed up. I have to suffer without things for another week because of their issue.
