Great pharmacy and polite staff. Extended hours would be something that could be beneficial to many patients.

CHI sucks. How do you get such a large majority of your psychiatry Dept to quit at once. I waited 6 months for an appointment just to have the doc tell me 1 week early she doesn't work for CHI anymore and the next available Dr appt is almost 2 years out. So giving a broken back pain pills is against policy, but it's also policy to let the crazies go without meds. Nice hospital, stupid.
