Every time I take car in, they bring it into the shop right away and fix things in a timely matter. Love this shop. They are so nice and explain things to me in a way I can understand.
Wow! What a great auto repair shop. We experienced car troubles while traveling, and while no one else was able to help us, these guys came over to where we were stranded and took a look. They found the problem, and willingly fixed it right where we were. The mechanic was cheerful and optimistic! So glad there are still family run businesses that go out of there way to help. Highly recommended!
Very honest and dependable guys. We were traveling thru Nebraska and our diesel truck went into limp mode and lucky enough we were referred to GI Auto from a semi repair shop near by. These guys took care of us and very knowledgeable and reliable about a repair plan. It's good to know that honest mechanics still operate a business like this. No question they are your best bet if in need and find yourself around the Grand Island Nebraska area.

After my transmission went out in my car, the amazing mechanics at GI Auto were able to get my car in fast and have it back on the road in just a few short days.
