Okay I don’t know who you were, but it’s on 11/6 @ 8 pm. You were working the cigar side at the cash register next to the Waiting Room. We asked you why the Waiting Room was closed when we bought tickets for the show online tonight and even though you don’t work there, you hopped straight on the computer and looked it up for us trying to figure it out in an empathetic, caring way. The show was cancelled and rescheduled for APRIL but you going out of your way in a timely manner to help us confirm that we weren’t going insane, especially as parents to a toddler that feel insane most days. Man, that really meant something to us. Thank you (ps And we didn’t even buy anything...)
Cozy, but spacious neighborhood bar with its own cigar humidor and retail shop. Friendly faces behind the counter and bar make this a Benson mainstay.
Summer is a absolute professional with drinks and service. My friend spilled a drink and took care of it and served him another. She handled it well in a professional manner and exquisite service if you need a nice wind down and drink go to Jakes at Benson with Summer !
Much better when you can smoke on the premises to get the full cigar bar experience...
Such a great place in Benson. Excellent cocktails, clean environment, friendly bartenders, nice outdoor seating too.
