I’m so glad I found this incredible shop. They have the largest selection of Pandora anywhere and were able to special order items for me. The lady who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be a frequent customer in the future.

Not your every day jewelry store in a good way. Has something for everyone with a great selection of unique pieces that stood apart from other stores and sites that I’ve been to. Very happy with my purchases and will definitely be my go to place in the future.

The moment I walked in I was greeted with a Smile by Sandy and Janet. Sandy listened to what I was in search of and I was shown several Bracelets before I settled on the Perfect one. I can’t say enough about the customer service I was shown. I highly recommend visiting this Jewelry Store if you’re looking for one of a kind Jewelry.

A dear friend of ours had lost the love of her life very unexpectedly and quite swiftly. She has a Pandora Charm Bracelet with a few charms, but we wanted to give her something to remember him by, and make her happy at the same time. We saw a charm on Pandora's website. They didn't have it in stock at their establishment, but the manager called Elisa Ilana , and they had one waiting for us in a matter of moments. The staff was very accomadating and sympathetic to our loss. I have shopped this particular store in the past and will continue to do so in the future. A lovely staff that made us all feel grateful. I really wanted to get my mom some special charms for her new Pandora bracelet and Elisa Llana Jewelry had every one that I was looking for. Also, their customer service is amazing. My phone call was answered promptly and the service representative was very nice. I was able to upgrade my shipping with no issues at all (unfortunately I’m a last minute shopper so this was huge for me) I cannot wait to get the charms in and thank you again for a great experience!
