A dear friend of ours had lost the love of her life very unexpectedly and quite swiftly. She has a Pandora Charm Bracelet with a few charms, but we wanted to give her something to remember him by, and make her happy at the same time. We saw a charm on Pandora's website. They didn't have it in stock at their establishment, but the manager called Elisa Ilana , and they had one waiting for us in a matter of moments. I really wanted to get my mom some special charms for her new Pandora bracelet and Elisa Llana Jewelry had every one that I was looking for. Also, their customer service is amazing. My phone call was answered promptly and the service representative was very nice. I was able to upgrade my shipping with no issues at all (unfortunately I’m a last minute shopper so this was huge for me) I cannot wait to get the charms in and thank you again for a great experience!
