Lucie's personality is infectious and my ring is stunning. It was fully built from the cad drawing of the setting onward. I enjoy getting to see the drawings before it was made to make sure I would love it. She really knows how to design a ring to make the gems look their best. I was impressed with her knowledge. It is beautiful!

Buying an engagement ring is hard. After a several months long dive into ring design, exploring different cuts, and going through every online diamond direct source, a buddy of mine suggested I go to a reputable family owned jeweler in town and to make sure to work with Lucie Kousgard. Lucie got a good sense of my price range and what kinds of cuts and designs I though my soon-to-be wife would like and she searched for and brought in several of the most beautiful diamonds I have seen…and I looked a lot. She brought my ideas to fruition in the most beautiful way possible and was eager to make several changes and adjustments. Lucie is an academic gemologist, jewelry designer, and an absolutely delightful person who has published papers on gems and made pieces for some famous people you would have heard of. What she was able to create for me was perfect. I spent the exact amount I intended and I got an extremely fair deal. Above all, my wife loves her ring and continues to get complements all the time.
