Helzberg Diamonds

I have pretty bad eyesight so I needed to look at rings in person to give my boyfriend a better idea of what I like. We stopped across the mall at Zale's first but the sales person told me it sounded like I needed to do more online research which was disheartening. Bless Geri / Quentin for being so warm and informative she understood my lack of knowledge on where to start and just was so personable we didn't go to any other jewelers in the mall because we didn't think anyone could top her wonderful experience she gave us.

They have great choices for everything . But they do not treat everyone equally at this location. I walked in with muddy overalls after work to get a gift today for our anniversary tomorrow and i waited 5 min before anyone even glanced at me and once i asked to see some rings, some lady showed me a couple then said oh this guy will help you ,(because she thought i was wasting her time ) then he proceeded to help me but didn’t think i was going to afford what i picked out. I paid and he went to go whisper something to the lady who was previously helping me not knowing i was looking their direction then gave me a dirty look and finally gave me my ring. I spend a good amount of money at their location on 144th. This place is nothing like it. someone before me was struggling with $60 and he did n’t think twice about helping them. Disrespectful. Money talks though. Overalls gang .

Quentin was incredibly knowledgeable and informative of every diamond in the store/on or in the market from .25 carat to 5 carat and anything in between. He truly is there to help you find the right piece for your budget without pushing you one way or another. After working with Quentin, I can truly say I have a friend in the jewelry business.

Beyond the best experience we could have had! Mark and Julia make a good team. Don't even think about going anywhere else!!
