I can't remember the cute girl that helped us but she was AMAZING! I was kind of iffy too go get my 3 year olds ears pierced because of these reviews, but after getting it done I have absolutely no regrets. Its been about three days and the redness is completely gone and my daughter doesn't have any sort of pain, the earrings are easy too remove and clean.

My daughter loves this place but my wallet hates this place. It's reasonably price but little girls have to have everything lol. On a serious note, it was at capacity the entire time we were in the store. It was well kept, clean, and staff was friendly!

We got our daughters ears pierced her. They were supper attentive and friendly also fast! This store is super super busy which would probably be the only negative so much stuff cant see it all because to many people

I went to Claire’s about 3 1/2 months ago to get my ears pierced. The woman that pierced them did it great and told me it would heal in 3 to 4 WEEKS. It has been more than a month and (I got double piercings) and only the top right side has healed. I have used the cleaner as directed, and bought more. The solution didn’t help it stay as clean. I noticed the back piece of the earrings would NOT come off they where butterfly backs. I had twisted and turned them and literally used pliers to get them off. Because they didn’t come off for so long it got infected in the first 2 weeks. And I paid 100 dollars plus for it. Thanks for the warning Claire’s. I will not return at all. :)
