Forever 21

Absolutely terrible. I went shopping here and the cashier didn’t put some of the stuff I bought into my bag. Then she proceeded with asking if I wanted a receipt which I responded yes. Then she told me she would put it in the bag which she never did. So then I called the store to let them know that they had not given me a receipt and did not give me the products I paid for. The lady on the phone was acting like she didn’t understand. She kept telling me to bring my receipt which then, I responded with over and over that the lady did not give me one even though I asked for one. She responded on the phone with “hmm I don’t know”. I don’t think it’s really hard to put a receipt in the bag when asked. Very disappointed. I don’t think it would’ve been very difficult to look up my name in the computer system to see what I had purchased. They really don’t care about their customers. No wonder half of their stores are getting shut down. Well deserved. I wish negative stars was an option.

I placed an order on 11/28/20 for Christmas presents for my daughter. Long story short, I never did receive the package. I sent an email on 12/23, received a reply immediately asking for me to verify my address. I immediately responded and waited and never heard back. I called Customer Service on 12/28/20 and was told that they would issue me a refund, but would not be able to resubmit my order as they are not allowing this at this time. Mind you my daughter is still waiting for this Christmas gift.... I asked to speak to a Manager, she placed me on hold and came back on the line to say her Manager was in a meeting and they would call me back within the hour. Guess what?!?! It’s 12/31/2020 and I still do not have my package. Not only that, I waited a month trusting that Forever 21 would get me the items that I spent several hours ordering on their website, to find out that I’m not getting them and could have potentially purchased elsewhere for my daughter to have those presents at Christmas. Very unprofessional and disheartening.

Working there , they had Great Management/ Store associates, terrible cooperate!

I had a super rude cashier who didn’t even speak to me while checking me out. And was super horrible!! Definitely my least favorite Forever 21 store!!!

An ok store for those interested, not my style though.
